Toronto Test Consultants is partnering with a well-established Canadian non-profit organization that is entering a critical phase of its enterprise Shopify Plus B2B implementation.

The platform has been designed, built, and is progressing through the final stages of implementation. As the project moves toward production readiness, our client is seeking an experienced Shopify Plus B2B Technical Consultant to provide senior-level advisory services, validate the existing solution, diagnose complex configuration challenges, and work alongside the delivery team to help ensure a successful implementation.

This is not a traditional Shopify development engagement.

We're looking for someone who enjoys stepping into an existing Shopify Plus workplace, quickly understanding how it has been configured, identifying gaps or misconfigurations, and providing practical, hands-on expertise to help the project team move confidently toward production.

This engagement is initially structured as a short-term consulting assignment focused on implementation support and production readiness. Successful delivery may lead to opportunities to support future enhancements and subsequent phases of the platform.

What You'll Be Doing

As the senior Shopify Plus advisor, you'll be responsible for reviewing the existing implementation, validating platform configuration, and providing both strategic guidance and hands-on support where required.

Responsibilities include:

- Assess the existing Shopify Plus B2B implementation and overall solution architecture.




- Review and validate Shopify Plus configuration against platform best practices.
- Diagnose and resolve complex configuration issues related to customer access, permissions, account visibility, and B2B purchasing workflows.
- Validate and configure Company Accounts, Company Locations, Catalogs, pricing models, customer permissions, and purchasing experiences.
- Review Shopify Admin configuration and identify opportunities to simplify or optimize existing solutions.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, QA teams, and project leadership.
- Provide technical recommendations and implementation guidance to support project delivery.
- Roll up your sleeves and implement configuration changes where appropriate.
- Support testing, production readiness, deployment planning, and implementation activities.
- Identify implementation risks and provide practical mitigation strategies.

Required Experience We're looking for a consultant who combines deep Shopify Plus platform expertise with a practical, hands-on consulting approach. You should have demonstrated experience with:

- Multiple enterprise Shopify Plus implementations.
- Shopify Plus B2B commerce solutions.
- Shopify Admin configuration.
- Company Accounts.
- Company Locations.
- B2B Catalogs and customer-specific pricing.
- Customer permissions, access control, and account visibility.
- B2B purchasing workflows.




- Shopify APIs (Admin API and Storefront API).
- GraphQL.
- Webhooks.
- Troubleshooting complex Shopify Plus configuration issues.
- Supporting enterprise production deployments and go-live activities.
- Working directly with business and technical stakeholders in a consulting or advisory capacity.

Nice to Have Experience with any of the following would be considered an asset:

- Warehouse Management System (WMS) integrations.
- Shopify Functions.
- Shopify Flow.
- Checkout Extensibility.
- Shopify Markets.
- Metafields and Metaobjects.
- Liquid templating.
- ERP integration experience (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).
- Previous experience as a Shopify Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Enterprise Commerce Consultant.

Most importantly, you're someone who enjoys helping organizations navigate critical implementation milestones and delivering enterprise commerce solutions with confidence.
