This position is designated as Onsite , requiring the successful candidate to work 7.25 hours per calendar day , Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (excluding breaks).

The role is embedded within the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee (OPGT) Modernization Program , a large-scale initiative focused on enhancing enterprise systems beyond the Minimum Viable Product (MVP)

stage. The assignment emphasizes structured delivery, compliance with OPS governance, and collaboration across internal and vendor teams.

Scope of Work The Senior Software Developer will play a pivotal role in delivering enhancements and integrations within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. The scope includes:

- Dynamics 365 Configuration : Designing, developing, and implementing configurations, extensions, and custom components within Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
- Integration and Data Flow : Implementing and supporting integrations between Dynamics 365, enterprise systems, and external applications using approved patterns and tools.
- Production-Ready Solutions : Delivering unit-tested, performant, and maintainable code aligned with enterprise standards.
- Testing & Defect Resolution : Supporting system, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) by resolving defects, validating data accuracy, and addressing technical issues.
- Deployment & Stabilization : Participating in deployment activities and providing technical support during post-go-live stabilization.
- Documentation & Knowledge Transfer : Creating technical documentation and conducting knowledge transfer sessions to ensure long-term sustainability.

Deliverables The developer will be accountable for:

- Dynamics 365 CE Customization : Forms, views, dashboards, workflows, business rules,



and process automation.
- Custom Development : Plug-ins, extensions, and custom components using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Fx.
- Integration Components : APIs, event-driven services, batch data processing, and Azure-based integration pipelines.
- Testing Support : Unit testing, defect resolution, and validation of solution behavior.
- Deployment Activities : Ensuring production readiness, error handling, logging, and scalability.
- Knowledge Transfer : Documenting development and integration activities, sharing knowledge with project managers and team members via SharePoint and DevOps.

Mandatory Experience and Skills
- 5+ years of enterprise application development, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
- Proven experience with configurations, customizations, and integrations in complex enterprise environments.
- Experience supporting iterative delivery approaches and post-MVP enhancements.
- Familiarity with structured governance and security frameworks .
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O;) , particularly in integration or data-interaction contexts.

Desired Skills

Contractual Notes

- The VOR Master Service Agreement expires on April 5, 2027, with a six-month survival clause extending to October 5, 2027.
- Extensions are limited to unused days/funds; no additional funds will be added.
- Start date is contingent on security clearances and contract signing.
- Onsite requirement: 5 days per week.

- Pro-Code Batch & Integration Architecture : Experience with Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory (ADF), or SSIS.
- Preference for pro-code services over low-code tools (e.g., Power Automate) to mitigate performance bottlenecks.
