With a strong commitment to craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer satisfaction, we are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead and manage renovation projects from start to finish.

Position Summary

As a Residential Renovation Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day on-site operations, managing trades and labour, ensuring quality control, and keeping projects on schedule and within budget. This role requires hands-on construction experience, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication with both clients and team members.





Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities for residential renovation projects
- Schedule and manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
- Maintain quality control and ensure work is performed to company standards
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and materials
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes
- Conduct regular site quality control checks and provide progress reports to management
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the construction phase
- Problem-solve on-site issues and adapt to changing project demands
- Perform material counts for order and carefully track materials, tools, and equipment as needed
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Perform hands on site work when necessary to get the job done
- Work collaboratively with project managers and office staff

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience supervising residential renovation or construction projects
- Proven track record in managing multiple trades and delivering quality workmanship
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations,



and quality residential construction best practices
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with reliable transportation
- Clean driving record
- Proficient in using smartphones/tablets for job tracking, communication, and documentation
- Red Seal Carpenter or relevant trade certification is an asset
- First Aid, WHMIS, and CSTS certifications are considered an asset
