Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and enthusiastic Kitchen Designer & Sales professional to join our team! In this role, you will be the creative force behind designing beautiful, functional kitchens that meet our clients’ unique needs while driving sales through exceptional customer service. Your expertise in design, renovation, and high-end sales will help transform spaces and elevate customer experiences. You will be responsible for guiding clients from initial consultation through installation, ensuring their vision becomes reality while maximizing revenue opportunities.

Duties

- Engage with customers through outside and inside sales channels to understand their kitchen renovation needs and preferences
- Create detailed, accurate kitchen designs using SketchUp, CAD, and other design software to visualize concepts effectively
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase cabinetry, countertops, appliances, and accessories, emphasizing features and benefits
- Assist customers with product selection, upselling premium options, and explaining renovation processes to ensure informed decisions
- Manage customer accounts by maintaining organized records of consultations, orders, and follow-ups using POS systems and account management tools
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution from design approval to installation




- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive shopping experience

Experience

- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or high-end product sales with a focus on customer engagement and relationship building
- Strong proficiency in SketchUp, CAD software, or similar design tools for creating detailed kitchen layouts
- Knowledge of renovation and construction processes to advise clients accurately on project scope and timelines
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math for transactions and quotations
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele
- Experience in merchandising, marketing strategies, and product demos to attract customers and boost sales performance
- Background in retail or showroom environments involving product demonstrations, upselling techniques, and customer account management
