What You’ll Do

This is a hybrid role combining client communication, marketing, and operations.

Your responsibilities may include:

- Host onboarding Zoom calls with recent clients
- Welcome new members and ensure they have a great first experience
- Answer client questions and guide them through next steps
- Assist with social media content and community management
- Attend local events and create content with our team
- Interview clients and business owners for testimonials and marketing content
- Occasionally represent our brands on camera for videos and social media
- Help with administrative and operational tasks when needed

No two weeks look exactly the same.

Who We’re Looking For

You’re probably a great fit if you:

- Enjoy talking to people
- Are comfortable speaking on Zoom and on camera
- Have a positive, energetic personality
- Learn quickly
- Are organized and reliable
- Want a long-term career in marketing
- Can work independently without constant supervision
- Live in Metro Vancouver and can occasionally work on-site

Marketing experience is a bonus, but not required.

We care much more about attitude than experience.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

- Our schedule is flexible, but some shifts require availability between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM (Pacific Time) on weekdays. We also occasionally have early morning on-site content shoots or events. Are you able to accommodate this schedule?
