Hardscape Installer / Landscaping Crew Member

Pay: $22–$32/hour (based on experience)

PLCPlus Landscaping is looking for a reliable, hardworking team member to join our growing hardscape crew.

We specialize in high-quality residential landscape construction—not maintenance. Our projects include:

- Paving stone patios, walkways & driveways
- Retaining walls
- Grading & drainage
- Sod installation
- Complete backyard transformations

What we're looking for

- Experience in landscaping, hardscaping, construction, carpentry, or related trades is preferred
- Reliable and punctual
- Physically fit and able to work 8–10 hour days
- Positive attitude and willing to learn
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
- Experience operating skid steers, plate compactors, cut-off saws, or other equipment is an asset

Pay

- $22–$25/hour – Entry level with construction or landscaping experience
- $26–$29/hour – Experienced hardscape installer




- Up to $32/hour – Skilled installer capable of working independently and leading portions of projects
