Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their orders in a professional manner
- Operate POS systems, to process transactions accurately
- Handle cash and credit card payments with precision and attention to detail
- Prepare food items according to established safety and sanitation standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas following food safety guidelines
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service
- Provide information about menu items, specials, and promotions to customers
- Assist with food handling and serving duties as needed
- Ensure all food preparation complies with health regulations and safety standards
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, is advantageous
- Knowledge of food preparation, handling, sanitation, and safety protocols required
- Experience in cashiering or cash handling is beneficial
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume periods
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and upselling products
- Kitchen experience or food industry background is a mandatory
