Agency Hub Inc. is a healthcare employment agency. We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a temporary assignment in a senior living site
Shifts: 12-hour day/night; 0630-1830 and 1830-0630 rotation based on operational needs. There is an averaging agreement for any 12 hour assignments.
Length of Assignment: Immediate start date, end date to be determined.
Accommodations: Shared
Travel: Travel expenses covered, depending on location of applicant.
Job Description:
With a focus on senior living, the Licensed Practical Nurse performs duties in accordance within his or her scope of practice set out by the BCCNM as well as company (senior living facilities) policies and procedures.
Summary of responsibilities, but not limited to:
Include assessment of residents; medication administration; wound care; documentation; liaising with physicians, community agency representatives, families, and volunteers; supervision of staff; and other duties as per senior living site.
Qualifications:
- BCCNM Registration - LPN in good standing
- Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search - Negative
- TB Skin Test
- First Aid Certificate
- CPR/BLS Certificate
