Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Part- Time Staff Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. As a Staff Pharmacist, you will collaborate with our team to provide optimal pharmaceutical care and contribute to our patients' overall health outcomes.

Responsibilities

- Review and interpret physician orders to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of prescribed medications.
- Prepare and dispense medications while adhering to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
- Provide medication counseling to patients, educating them on proper administration, potential side effects, and interactions.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop comprehensive patient care plans.
- Monitor patient responses to medications and make recommendations as necessary.
- Participate in quality assurance activities to improve pharmacy services and patient safety.

This is a part-time position. Looking for Friday's 9 am-5 pm and alternating Saturday availability.

Pay: $50.00-$55.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:

- Registration with Ontario College of Pharmacists (required)
