Position Summary

PPFD Ltd. is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of the office while providing exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders. This position requires someone who is highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, scanning, photocopying, and document management.
- Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems.
- Prepare letters, reports, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
- Perform data entry and maintain company records with a high level of accuracy.
- Order and maintain office supplies and coordinate office inventory.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and calendars as required.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and courier shipments.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
- Help maintain an organized, efficient, and professional office environment.

Qualifications & Skills

- High school diploma required




- Previous experience in an office administration or administrative support role is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong technical and computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust listening skills with the ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with employees, customers, and vendors.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Dependable, adaptable, and able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

Full-time: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
