Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated (night-shift) Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our night-shift production operations and maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong woodworking machinery experience within a manufacturing environment. Safety conscious and mechanically inclined the candidate must be comfortable working independently during night shifts hours. Hours of Work: 1:00PM-11:00pm 10hrs/day (4 days per week)

Duties

- Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently to produce quality products.
- Assist with assembly processes, ensuring components are correctly assembled according to specifications.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and other mechanical devices to perform routine maintenance and adjustments on equipment.
- Manage warehouse tasks such as loading, unloading, and organizing materials using forklifts when necessary.
- Conduct inspections of products during various stages of production to identify defects or issues and maintain production standards




- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures at all times during shift operations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and troubleshoot equipment issues promptly.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of large format sanders, edge banders, and press equipment
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and work independently.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions and production schedules.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods during shifts. This position is ideal for motivated individuals seeking hands-on experience in manufacturing operations with opportunities for growth within the company.

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
