Role Summary:

- Senior Business Analyst supporting enterprise AML and Financial Crime programs by translating complex regulatory and business requirements into scalable, data-driven solutions. The role focuses on source-to-target mapping, advanced data analysis, root cause analysis, and stakeholder engagement across core banking source systems and AML platforms such as Oracle Mantas / OFSAA AML.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering and analysis for AML and Financial Crime initiatives.
- Own and maintain end-to-end Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM) for AML data ingestion.
- Analyze complex banking source systems including deposits, savings, loans, teller, wires, ACH, trade finance, credit cards, and real-time payments.
- Perform advanced data profiling, data validation, and impact analysis using SQL.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for data issues, mapping defects, and regulatory changes.
- Design, enhance, and govern data mappings supporting AML rules and scenarios.
- Partner with compliance, AML operations, source system teams, and data engineering teams.




- Validate data delivery into Oracle Mantas / OFSAA AML and Financial Crime platforms.
- Support regulatory exams, audits, model validation, and change initiatives.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level business analysts.Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in AML, Financial Crime, or Banking Data domains.
- Deep understanding of AML transaction monitoring, regulatory expectations, and data controls.
- Extensive experience with Oracle Mantas / OFSAA AML or Financial Crime solutions.
- Strong expertise in banking and payment systems and transaction lifecycles.
- Advanced SQL skills for complex data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Proven ability to interpret complex data models and transformations.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Azure Data Platform (ADLS Gen2, Databricks, Synapse).
- Strong understanding of ETL / ELT pipelines and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience supporting regulatory audits, exams, and remediation programs.

Pay: $65.00-$70.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
