What You'll Be Doing

Every day will be different, but your focus will always be the same:

Taking care of our customers.

You'll:

- Become the primary contact for warranty support




- Build strong relationships with firefighters, fleet managers and municipal customers
- Work alongside technicians to document repairs accurately
- Submit and manage warranty claims with our OEM partners
- Track claims from start to finish and ensure timely reimbursement
- Solve problems before they become frustrations
- Work with Parts, Service, Sales and Manufacturing to coordinate successful outcomes
- Help identify recurring issues and recommend improvements
- Keep customers informed every step of the way

What You'll Bring

We're more interested in finding the right person than someone who checks every box.

That said, successful candidates will typically have:

- Experience in warranty administration, service advising or customer support
- Mechanical aptitude or experience in commercial vehicles, heavy equipment or automotive service




- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Confidence working with multiple priorities
- Experience using Microsoft Office and business software
- A desire to continually learn and improve

Experience in the fire apparatus industry is an asset, but not required.

Position Details

Position: Warranty Advisor

Location: Abbotsford, British Columbia

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience, plus comprehensive advantages, retirement savings, profit sharing, and professional development.

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
