We are seeking a motivated and experienced Foreman to lead our Flat Roofing Crew. In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily operations on roofing projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Your leadership will drive the team to deliver top-notch roofing solutions while adhering to project timelines and budgets. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all activities of the flat roofing crew, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to project specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide installation processes
- Manage daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure roofing materials and workmanship meet industry standards
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore or Primavera P6 for project tracking, reporting, and documentation
- Oversee safety protocols on-site, enforce OSHA regulations, and conduct safety meetings regularly
- Collaborate with project managers to review plans, prepare budgets, and assist with construction estimating as needed
Skills
- Proven supervising experience in roofing or construction projects with a focus on flat roofing systems
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating techniques
- Proficiency with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or similar tools
- Excellent understanding of quality control procedures and safety standards in the construction industry
- Ability to manage budgets effectively and track project costs accurately
- Skilled in using schematics for installation guidance and troubleshooting technical issues
- Effective communicator with leadership skills to motivate and direct team members in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $45.00-$60.00 per hour
