Job ResponsibilitiesFront Counter Duties

- Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately using the POS system.
- Process cash, debit, and credit card payments.
- Prepare and serve beverages, ice cream, waffles, and desserts.
- Answer customer questions about menu items and promotions.
- Keep the dining area clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and courteously.

Kitchen Duties

- Prepare waffles, desserts, and other menu items according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Prepare ingredients and restock supplies as needed.
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations.




- Monitor inventory and report low stock levels.
- Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries.
- Follow opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or customer service is an asset but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg.
