They don’t need AI to do their job. From the inside, watching where the manual work piles up and where reports lie because the data lies. From there you’re building the voice agents that handle real calls, the automation layers across Duda, HubSpot, Make.You know which problems deserve an LLM and which need a SQL query.

And when something breaks at eleven at night because someone renamed a field in HubSpot, you’ve already built the alert that caught it. The person we want is strategic and hands‑on, the kind who can sit in a leadership conversation in the morning and ship in the afternoon. You’ve shipped AI in production.
