Your responsibilities will include creating wireframes, conducting validation, and gathering requirements through user-focused sessions. You will develop performance measures to analyze design success across web platforms. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and track user stories within Agile frameworks
- Develop iterative designs and wireframes in Figma
- Facilitate JAD sessions and user interviews for requirements
- Conduct validation and verification of design elements
- Establish performance measures for business analysis evaluation Requirements:
- At least 5 years in the field of Digital Service Design
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, specifically SCRUM
- Skilled in using Azure DevOps for tracking and testing
- Proven track record in validating design elements
