We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Duties

- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and upselling opportunities.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, adhering to sanitation standards.
- Assist with food preparation as needed,



ensuring adherence to food handling guidelines.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food.
- Participate in ongoing training related to hospitality, food safety, and guest services.

Experience

- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred, with a focus on restaurant experience.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on customer service and guest relations.
