Server – Seafood Restaurant

We are seeking a professional and polished Server to join our team at a busy, seafood-focused restaurant. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering a high standard of guest experience in a warm and welcoming setting.

Position Details

- Minimum 3 serving shifts per week
- 2 bar shifts required
- Additional shifts available during peak season
- High guest check averages – strong earning potential for servers who can upsell and deliver attentive, personalized service.
- Staff meal discounts
- Flexible scheduling around core availability
- Salary : $17.60/hour + tips

Requirements

- Minimum 1-2+ years of serving experience (upscale or high-volume workplace preferred) or someone with strong customer service skills who is eager and ready to learn quickly.
- Good knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails
- Ability to manage multiple tables while maintaining attention to detail
- Professional, friendly, and guest-focused attitude
- Smart Serve certification




- Comfortable working both floor and bar
- Evening and weekend availability required

Responsibilities

- Deliver attentive, knowledgeable, and efficient service
- Guide guests through menu selections with thoughtful recommendations
- Ensure smooth service flow and anticipate guest needs
- Accurately enter orders and handle POS transactions
- Support bar/Take-out order/retail customer service when scheduled
- Maintain a clean and organized dining environment
- Work collaboratively with a skilled and supportive team
