Server (Evening Bar)

We're looking for an outgoing, energetic, and hospitality-driven Server to join our evening bar team. This role is more than simply taking orders—we're looking for someone who enjoys building genuine connections with guests, creating memorable experiences, and confidently recommending drinks.

Responsibilities

- Welcome guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
- Deliver friendly, attentive, and personalized service throughout the guest experience.
- Recommend cocktails, sake, wine, beer, and food pairings based on guests' preferences.
- Upsell beverages and menu items naturally through product knowledge.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and productive dining area.
- Work closely with bartenders and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Handle payments accurately and efficiently.
- Follow opening,



closing, and cleaning procedures.
- Help create a positive team culture and memorable guest experience.

Qualifications
- 25 years of age or older preferred.
- Previous experience serving in a bar, cocktail bar, wine bar, or restaurant is strongly preferred.
- Comfortable initiating conversations with guests.
- Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, sake, and beer is an asset.
- Enjoys tasting and learning about alcoholic beverages.
- Smart Serve Certification (required or willing to obtain).

Bonus Points If You
- Have worked in a cocktail bar or upscale hospitality environment.
- Have experience selling premium spirits, wine, or sake.
- Have an interest in Japanese food and beverage culture.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
