We are seeking a skilled Bartender/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Interact with customers, take food and liquor orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area and dining area
- Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely drink service
Qualifications
- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality industry preferred
- Knowledge of drink recipes and cocktail mixing techniques
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor
- Excellent time management skills
- Understanding of food service principles
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (nice-to-have)
