Gaucho Brazilian BBQ is looking for a responsible Server/Supervisor to join our team. This role is mostly serving, with the Supervisor filling in for the Assistant Manager when needed.
We're a busy all-you-can-eat restaurant looking for someone friendly, outgoing, able to multi-task, and comfortable working under pressure in a team environment. A valid ProServe certification is required.
The ideal candidate has strong menu knowledge, can motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service, and has a proven background in leadership with a solid understanding of what great service looks like.
Responsibilities:
- Help maintain the restaurant's revenue, profitability, and quality goals
- Ensure efficient day-to-day operations
- Maintain high standards for production, productivity, quality, and customer service
- Step in for the Assistant Manager as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Supervisor or in a similar hospitality role
- Strong management, leadership, and motivational skills
- Familiarity with restaurant systems
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills
