We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Server to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, providing detailed descriptions of menu items and specials
- Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring all details are correct for timely delivery
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities, while balancing registers at shift end
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience




- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations during busy periods
- Manage time efficiently to serve multiple tables simultaneously without compromising service quality

Requirements

- Prior food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to handle food safely, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing bills
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in food industry roles such as serving or cashiering is beneficial
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation procedures
- Kitchen experience or familiarity with food preparation can be an added advantage
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
