E11even lounge is a local vibrant restaurant, bar and lounge offering guests a high-energy dinning and nightlife experience. We are looking for outgoing, reliable and enthusiastic servers to join our team!

Responsibilities

- Greet and serve guests in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to kitchen/bar staff.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and drinks.
- Process payments accurately using POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables And service areas.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar and management staff during peak hours.

Skills

- Proven experience in restaurant or food service environments, preferably as a server.
- Team player with team-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Robust customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests




- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and change calculation
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
- Hospitality-oriented mindset with a focus on creating an enjoyable guest experience

Requirements
- Smart Serve
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and nights as needed
- Fluent in English
- Languages like Arabic and French are an asset
