Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, highlighting specials and upselling opportunities
- Accurately take food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently, including processing payments and giving accurate change
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld through proper food handling and cleanliness practices
- Assist in food preparation when needed, supporting kitchen staff to deliver timely service




- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and creating a welcoming atmosphere

Requirements

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is highly desirable
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience with serving, upselling, and cash handling to maximize guest satisfaction and sales
- Kitchen experience or hospitality background is advantageous but not required
