As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
- Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and upselling opportunities.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests while maintaining proper presentation standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area,
including tables, utensils, and condiments.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is required.
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and ensuring accurate billing.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding hospitality to guests.
