Ride Time is a busy, family-owned used car dealership in Winnipeg, and our service counter is buzzing. We service all makes and models out of a beautiful facility at 87 Oak Point Highway, right at the corner of Route 90 and Selkirk Avenue. Go ahead, look up our reviews. We're pretty proud of them.

About the Role

You'll be the welcoming, upbeat face at our service counter, keeping a steady flow of internal and retail customer work moving. Depending on fit, this position may focus on one or the other.

And you won't be flying solo. You'll have our Service Manager, Natascha, right beside you, plus Megan in parts making sure you've always got what you need. It's fast-paced, it's fun, and it keeps you on your toes.

What you'll be doing:

- Writing up accurate repair orders and opening and closing work orders efficiently
- Walking customers through estimates and securing authorization before work begins
- Acting as the link between customers and technicians, keeping communication clear both ways
- Keeping customers updated on timelines so nobody's left guessing
- Handling cashout at pickup

Who We're Looking For This one's big, so listen up. We need an outgoing, magnetic personality.



Someone customers light up when they see. You're punctual, you're professional, and you bring valuable energy through the door every single morning.

You'll need:

- Experience in automotive service
- Comfort working with a DMS (dealer management system). One or several, it doesn't matter, since most work the same once you get the hang of them
- Mastery of English, written and verbal. We serve a wonderfully diverse customer base and you'll be connecting with all kinds of people
- An open mind. We have a dedicated service trainer on contract, so you'll need to embrace new ways of learning and dive into our training program with both feet

The Schedule Monday to Friday. Yes, your weekends are all yours.
