Service Manager Requisition Number: 231110 Location: Hamilton, ON, CA, L8E 3C2 Cintasis is seeking a Service Manager to directly manage our customer-facing Service team.

Responsibilities include hiring and performance management; managing overall team performance; providing leadership by fostering a safe workplace; resolving customer issues; training the team on effective sales techniques; performing customer goodwill visits while maintaining high satisfaction; achieving sales, profit, inventory, and payroll goals; managing a budget and addressing operational issues that affect service. Hands‑on support of direct reports includes accompanying service representatives or visiting customers alone when necessary, assisting with product pick‑up and delivery, driving a company vehicle to customer locations; lifting, carrying, and walking products while maintaining world‑class service and goodwill; performing managerial duties.
