We are committed to reliable service, strong customer relationships, and a supportive team environment. We are seeking a Service, Maintenance, and Installation Technician to join our growing team. This role involves servicing, maintaining, and installing residential and light commercial HVAC equipment while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform service, maintenance, and installation of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
- Complete preventative maintenance and repairs in a timely manner
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company standards
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships
- Be part of the on-call rotation

Qualifications:
- Experience in HVAC service, maintenance, and installation




- Valid driver’s license
- G2/OBT2 license considered an asset
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-first approach
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
