This is a Full-Time opportunity at our ROCKY VIEW, AB location.

Responsibilities:

· **Diagnostic and Repair:**

- Perform comprehensive diagnostics on RV systems and components to identify issues.

- Conduct repairs and maintenance on various RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and chassis.

- Repair and replace damaged or malfunctioning parts and components.

2. **Preventive Maintenance:**

- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure RVs are in optimal working condition.

- Service and maintain engine systems, brakes, tires, and other critical components.

- Conduct safety checks and address any potential safety hazards.

3. **Customer Interaction:**

- Communicate with customers to understand their concerns and explain necessary repairs.

- Provide accurate estimates for repair costs and timelines.

- Offer advice and recommendations for RV maintenance and upgrades.

4. **Technical Skills:**

- Utilize diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

- Interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics for accurate repairs.

- Stay updated on the latest RV technologies and repair techniques.

5. **Documentation:**





- Maintain detailed records of all work performed, including pictures parts used and labor hours.

- Complete work orders and service reports accurately and in a timely manner.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

6. **Team Collaboration:**

- Work closely with other technicians and service advisors to ensure efficient workflow.

- Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians as needed.

- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

- Keep the work area organized and clean, adhering to safety protocols.

8. **Quality Assurance:**

- Conduct thorough testing and quality checks on completed repairs to ensure proper functioning.

- Address any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

- Strive for high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
