Duties & Responsibilities

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, steering systems, lighting, and electrical systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance on customer trucks, trailers, and fleet vehicles to support safe, reliable operation.
- Complete vehicle inspections, follow repair checklists, and identify needed service or repairs.
- Test drive vehicles after repairs to confirm safety, performance, and repair quality.
- Maintain accurate service records and support parts tracking or inventory needs.
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe to support efficient daily repair work.

Requirements

- Required:

- - Valid 310T Truck and Coach Technician certification and valid driver’s license.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience repairing diesel engines, trucks, and related systems.
- Working knowledge of engines,



transmissions, brakes, steering, lighting, and electrical systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to complete inspections, repairs, and follow-up testing.
- Able to lift up to 150 lbs and perform physically demanding repair work.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, communication skills, and ability to work independently or with a team.

#SJ1 Compensation:

- $40.00 - $46.00/hour based on experience and qualifications
