The restaurant is a Japanese concept located near downtown Toronto headed by a Japanese Chef with over 20 years of experiences.

We are seeking for servers who can provide exceptional personalized customer service to our guests, ensuring guests are delighted in the dining experience. You will be one of the key influencing factors to ensure that guests are charmed by the quality of service offered.

Responsibilities:

- Greet all guests and present menus
- Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
- Make recommendations and answer all related inquiries
- Take orders from guests and place into POS
- Serve food & beverage items as ordered in a timely fashion
- Explicit dishes and replenish washed service ware for FOH station
- Prepare and stock all service items including maintaining assigned par levels
- Prepare checks, process transactions and guest payments when required
- Maintain dining room to ensure the utmost visual appeal and Brand alignment
- Comply and action all health,



food safety and hygiene standards and policies
- Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications

· Knowledge in Japanese cuisine and culture an asset

· Previous experience in hospitality will be an asset

· Passion for providing extraordinary service

· The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

· Positive and attention to detail

· Preferred fluent in Japanese and conversational English
