Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our dynamic construction and woodworking team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality custom cabinets and furniture pieces, ensuring precision and craftsmanship in every project. Your expertise will contribute to transforming client visions into beautifully finished products, enhancing spaces with functional and aesthetically pleasing cabinetry. Responsibilities

- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately produce cabinetry and furniture components
- Cut, shape, assemble, and finish wood and other materials using hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, and woodworking equipment
- Install cabinets securely on-site, ensuring proper alignment and stability according to project specifications
- Perform restoration work on existing cabinetry or furniture pieces, matching styles and finishes seamlessly
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other tradespeople to coordinate installation schedules and meet deadlines
- Apply construction painting techniques for finishing touches that enhance the durability and appearance of cabinetry




- Conduct quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process to maintain high standards of craftsmanship

Experience

- Proven experience in cabinet making, woodworking, or carpentry within a construction or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings related to cabinetry and furniture production
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes and material calculations for project planning
- Hands-on experience with various hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and masonry or rebar installation is a plus
- Knowledge of construction disciplines such as roofing, siding, plumbing, electrical work, flooring installation, tile laying, caulking, heavy lifting, and reinstallation techniques is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining precision during assembly or installation tasks
- Prior handyman experience or experience in restoration projects is beneficial for versatile project handling
