Responsibilities

- Prepare and set up concrete forms using carpentry skills, ensuring proper alignment and stability based on blueprints and schematics
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to pour, spread, level, and finish concrete surfaces with precision
- Install rebar reinforcement according to specifications to strengthen concrete structures
- Perform concrete finishing tasks such as smoothing surfaces, edging, and applying caulking for seamless results
- Assist with masonry and restoration projects by handling demolition debris or preparing surfaces for new work
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to execute project plans accurately




- Conduct heavy lifting tasks safely while adhering to all safety protocols during construction activities
- Support flooring installation and other renovation tasks as needed to ensure project completion

Experience

- Proven construction experience with a focus on concrete finishing or labouring roles
- Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation and maintenance
- Familiarity with rebar installation, masonry, concrete forming, and welding techniques
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings for precise execution of tasks
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, caulking, flooring installation, and renovation projects
- Knowledge of safety standards related to heavy lifting, scaffolding, and equipment operation
- Strong work ethic with the ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks consistently
