As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations, providing top-notch customer service, and maintaining accurate records. Duties: - Warmly greet and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner during the night shift - Address guest inquiries, resolve issues, and handle any complaints promptly and effectively - Conduct guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accuracy in all transactions - Manage guest reservations, ensuring all details are recorded accurately - Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and dining options to enhance guest experiences - Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and welcoming for guests - Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain detailed records of financial activities - Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless operations during the night shift Skills:
