CastleUp Experience Centre is looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse, Shipping & Delivery Fulfillment Associate to join our growing furniture, mattress, and appliance retail team.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, physically capable, and comfortable working in a quick-paced warehouse, delivery, and retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming products
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery, shipping, or pickup
- Assist with local deliveries to customers when needed
- Load and unload furniture, mattresses, and appliances safely
- Help deliver products to customers’ homes, including room-of-choice placement when required
- Check products for damages, missing parts, or order accuracy before delivery
- Assist with furniture assembly or setup when needed
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and delivery teams for smooth order fulfillment
- Prepare shipping labels and support online order processing
- Help maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Assist with inventory counts and stock updates
- Support showroom floor product movement when needed
- Provide friendly and professional customer service during deliveries

Requirements





- Must have at least a valid G driver’s licence
- Warehouse, shipping, delivery, moving, or furniture experience is an asset
- Ability to lift and move heavy items safely
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer skills are an asset
- Forklift experience is an asset but not required
- Must be comfortable working with furniture, mattresses, and appliances
