Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing various building components, ensuring quality workmanship, and adhering to safety standards. Duties
- Install building materials and fixtures according to project specifications and blueprints
- Perform construction painting, caulking, and finishing work to ensure high-quality results
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate installation
- Utilize carpentry skills to measure, cut, assemble, and secure materials
- Conduct repairs and adjustments as needed during installation processes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet client expectations
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures throughout the installation process
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction, carpentry,
or handyman work is highly preferred
- Knowledge of construction painting, caulking, and blueprint reading
- Strong understanding of construction tools and equipment usage
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights or in confined spaces as needed
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license are a plus
- Prior experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic building techniques is desirable
