Dynamic Waste Systems is a rapidly growing service and installation provider for waste and recycling equipment across multi-residential and commercial properties throughout the GTA and surrounding regions. We are looking for an experienced, skilled MIG & Stick Welder to join our team. This is not an entry-level welding position.
If you are not a confident, experienced welder, please do not apply. This is primarily a field-based position. The successful candidate will spend the majority of their time travelling to customer sites, driving company pickup trucks, towing equipment trailers, performing repairs, installations, and service work.
When not on the road, you'll assist with fabrication, welding, and equipment repairs in our shop.

Overview
As a Welder / Service Technician, you will be responsible for welding, fabricating, repairing, servicing, and installing waste and recycling equipment including compactors, balers, chute doors, and lift systems.
Success in this role requires two essential skills: excellent welding ability and the confidence to safely drive company pickup trucks while towing equipment trailers throughout the GTA. Key Responsibilities
Perform high-quality MIG and Stick welding
Drive company pickup trucks to customer sites throughout the GTA
Safely tow equipment trailers and transport equipment
Deliver, install, service,
and repair waste and recycling equipment
Fabricate, repair, and modify steel components in the shop
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
Complete work orders and communicate professionally with customers
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Report to the shop each morning before heading to job sites Required Qualifications
Certified MIG & Stick Welder (Required)
Excellent welding skills are mandatory - please do not apply if welding is not your primary trade.
Clean driving record
Experience driving pickup trucks and confidently towing equipment trailers
Solid mechanical aptitude and proficiency with tools
Ability to fabricate and repair steel components with minimal supervision
Ability to work independently while representing the company professionally
