We are looking for a versatile, detail-oriented skilled to join our team as a service writer The Role This is a hybrid role perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of customer interaction and administrative precision. You will be the primary point of contact for our service customers while also maintaining the dealership's standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Coordination: Greet customers, open/close repair orders (ROs), and act as the liaison between customers and technicians.
- Customer Communication: Provide repair estimates, explain service needs, and manage the service department schedule
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
