Delivery-focused Architecture/ Senior lead responsible for implementation, configuration, and optimization of SPM solutions while managing team execution.

Key Responsibilities

- SPM Solution architecture
- Lead and develop SPM implementation and enhancements
- Configure:
- Demand Management
- Project Portfolio Management
- Resource & Financial Management
- Manage team of developers and consultants
- Handle sprint planning, delivery tracking, and quality assurance
- Work with business stakeholders for requirement gathering
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance
- Drive reporting, dashboards, and portfolio analytics
- Support integrations and platform enhancements




- Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement

Skills & Experience
- 8–12 years experience in ServiceNow
- Solid hands-on expertise in:
- SPM / ITBM modules
- Workflow configuration, Flow Designer
- Reporting and dashboards
- Experience with:
- Agile delivery and sprint execution
- Integration handling and troubleshooting
- Exposure to multi-module ServiceNow implementations (ITSM, ITOM, etc.)

Certifications (Preferred)
- ServiceNow CSA
- CIS – SPM / ITBM (preferred)
- ITIL Foundation
