Weston Valve and Fitting Ltd. is the local independently owned sales and service center in Ontario for Swagelok Company. We supply Fluid System components to a wide range of industries including Oil and Gas, Nuclear, Research and Development, and Chemical/Petro Chemical.

We have a current vacancy and are seeking a motivated shipper receiver to join our team in Mississauga. We are searching for an enthusiastic candidate who enjoys the challenges that satisfying our customers each day brings.

Duties

- Be part of a team responsible for inventory management, cycle counting, warehouse safety, shipping and receiving
- Communicate with internal and external customers in a professional manner
- Some administrative functions related to preparing kits and packages for our training department
- Eventually trained to fabricate industrial hoses
- Data collection and storage to assist in calculating service KPI’s

Job Requirements:
- Physical warehouse setting,



able to lift 50lbs.
- The hours of work will be Monday through Friday, 7:30AM-4PM.

Communication:
- Ability to communicate in English and understand written and verbal instructions
- Active listening skills to understand issues and work with internal and external stakeholders to find solutions
- Ability to ask good questions to clarify and ambiguities

Required education

- High school or equivalent

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
