Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service to address their needs and inquiries
- Assist shoppers in locating products, offering recommendations, and answering questions about merchandise
- Maintain cleanliness of the store by sweeping, dusting, organizing shelves, and ensuring displays are tidy and appealing
- Restock shelves efficiently to keep products available and well-presented throughout the day
- Operate cash registers accurately, process transactions smoothly, and handle returns or exchanges professionally
- Support inventory management by assisting with stock counts and organizing stockrooms
- Ensure safety protocols are followed by keeping walkways clear and reporting any hazards promptly
