We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to providing exceptional meal preparation in a fast-paced setting. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality. This is an indoor concession stand.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and menu specifications.

- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and standards.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items.

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation.

- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management.

- Adhere to health and safety guidelines while handling kitchen equipment and tools.





- Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.

- Help with Front of house responsibilities.

Experience

- Previous experience as a Cook or in a similar role within the food industry is preferred.

- Familiarity with meal preparation techniques, food handling, and kitchen operations is essential.

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food service is highly desirable.

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

- Experience with POS systems.

Requirements

- Reliable transportation

- Have or be willing to obtain a Food Handlers Certification before starting work

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
