GardaWorld is currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Site Security Manager to oversee security operations at a large industrial site in Fort McMurray. This is an 18-month contract position with the potential for permanent employment based on business needs and performance.
This leadership role is responsible for the day-to-day management of security personnel, ensuring compliance with client requirements, maintaining operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced industrial environment.
The successful candidate will be a strong leader with extensive experience managing security operations, conducting investigations, developing personnel, and maintaining a secure and secure environment.
