Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and experienced Skilled Carpenter / Renovation Technician to join our growing team. If you take pride in quality craftsmanship, work well independently and with a team, and have experience across multiple trades, we'd like to hear from you.

This is a hands-on position for someone who is confident in residential construction and renovations, with the ability to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.

Responsibilities

- Build and install wood and composite decks from framing to finishing.
- Install wood and vinyl fencing.
- Perform residential framing for additions, renovations, and repairs.
- Install drywall, including mudding, taping, sanding, and finishing.
- Install floor and wall tile with attention to detail and quality.
- Complete interior and exterior painting projects with professional finishes.
- Read and interpret plans, layouts, and measurements.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Work independently or alongside other team members to complete projects on schedule.
- Communicate professionally with team members and homeowners when required.

Qualifications




- Proven experience in residential construction and renovations.
- Strong skills in deck building, fence installation, framing, drywall, mudding and taping, painting, and tile installation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.
- Knowledge of construction safety practices and proper use of tools and equipment.
- Punctual, dependable, and able to work well as part of a team.
