Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Assistant to join our team. This role is vital in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests and staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning and custodial work, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness. Prior hotel or hospitality experience is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn and grow within the hospitality industry. Duties

- Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing guest rooms and public areas
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials as needed
- Ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards and safety regulations
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures at all times
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as assigned




- Maintain a qualified appearance and positive attitude while interacting with guests and team members

Qualifications

- Prior experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality is preferred, especially hotel or industrial cleaning experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as standing, bending, lifting (up to 40 pounds), and walking for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn new skills and adhere to company policies and standards

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
