We are community psychiatrists currently at Christie Crossing, SW but opening a new location on Macleod trail area

Job description

The ideal candidate should have the following:

-Be professional, empathic and friendly to clients in person and on the phone

- They should have certification in Medical Office Assistant

-They should have very good command of English and be fluent in written and spoken English.

-Have good knowledge of Microsoft software and Accuro EMR(this is what we use)

-Be able to multitask efficiently and organise the clinic schedule appropriately

-Answer phone calls, make appointments, send appointment reminders, fax, scan and email documents in a timely fashion

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
