Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support while facilitating their automotive repair needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for customer service, ensuring that each customer receives the best possible experience at our repair centre.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
- Assess customer needs and provide accurate information regarding automotive repairs and services.
- Prepare detailed service estimates and explain recommended services to customers.
- Upsell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain records of all transactions.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.

Experience

- Will Train




- Strong mechanical knowledge with an understanding of automotive repair processes is preferred but not necessary.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Sales experience is a plus, particularly in upselling services or products.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures in a retail or service environment is desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
