Pinnacle Facility Service is a growing facility services company providing commercial cleaning, janitorial support, equipment service, and facility maintenance solutions. We are looking for a mechanically strong individual to join our team and grow with us.

Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Service Technician to help diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial cleaning and janitorial equipment, including auto scrubbers, floor machines, vacuums, carpet extractors, burnishers, pressure washers, and related equipment.

Direct janitorial equipment repair experience is not required. We are looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, comfortable using tools, reliable, and eager to learn. Training will be provided by industry veterans with 30+ years of experience.

This position starts as part-time, with the opportunity to progress into a full-time permanent role as service demand grows.

Key Responsibilities

- Learn to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial cleaning equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and basic electrical components
- Replace parts such as motors, switches, pumps, hoses,



belts, batteries, chargers, and wheels
- Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
- Complete on-site service calls and shop repairs as needed
- Track parts, tools, and inventory
- Maintain accurate service notes and repair records
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Follow safety procedures and maintain organized work areas

What We’re Looking For

- Strong mechanical ability and comfort working with tools
- Experience with machinery, vehicles, small engines, equipment, or repairs is an asset
- Basic electrical knowledge is an asset, but not required
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer and mobile device skills
- Solid communication skills in English
