InstaSupply is a fast-growing Tech startup in the construction industry, founded on 7+ years of hands-on industry experience. We're expanding across the GTA and looking for an experienced, driven sales representative to grow with us from the ground floor.
About the role
- Fully Performance-based (commission) compensation with uncapped earning potential
- Ground-floor opportunity in a rapidly scaling startup, explicit growth path into sales leadership
- Full details of the role, territory, and compensation structure will be discussed at the interview
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of sales experience preferred, with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- B2B and/or face-to-face field sales experience strongly preferred
- Background in construction, building materials, trades, or industrial sales is a major asset
- Strong prospecting and closing skills — you're comfortable generating your own leads and building relationships from scratch
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; confident dealing with business owners and decision-makers
- Self-motivated and disciplined — you manage your own schedule, pipeline, and results without supervision
- Comfortable with performance-based compensation and motivated by uncapped earnings
- Valid G driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle; able to travel within the GTA daily
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM tools and managing a sales pipeline
- Startup or small-business sales experience
